The rotary evaporator is mainly used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biopharmaceutical industries for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation, and solvent recovery. Its principle is: under vacuum conditions, constant temperature heating causes the rotating flask to rotate at a constant speed, forming a large-area thin film of material on the flask wall for efficient evaporation. The solvent vapor is cooled by a high-efficiency glass condenser and collected in a receiving flask, greatly improving evaporation efficiency. It is particularly suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products that are easily decomposed or denatured at high temperatures.

Main components: Made of anti-corrosion aluminum alloy, special engineering plastics, and high-quality high-temperature resistant glass. Compact structure, beautiful appearance, and durable.

Main drive: Uses a precision geared motor, electronic speed control, and gear and rack transmission device. The diameter of the transmission shaft tube is increased, so the evaporation tube is 1.5 times larger than that of ordinary instruments, improving evaporation efficiency.

Lifting mechanism: Uses an electrical contact mechanical retraction principle, with hydraulic auxiliary propulsion to achieve rapid ascent and stable descent, improving efficiency.

Evaporation tube: Made of high-quality high-temperature resistant glass and fluoroplastic composite. “Silicone-fluorine composite sealing rings” are used at both ends for good vacuum sealing. Long service life, and can be regularly removed for cleaning or replacement as needed.

Heating bath: Uses a Teflon-coated aluminum alloy composite pot (Ø23×13). A stainless steel heating coil is used for heating inside the pot, which can be used as a water bath (oil bath), providing stable and reliable heating. It is movable for safe evaporation.
