HORIZONTAL FLOW CLEAN BENCH

The horizontal flow clean bench is a local clean device designed based on the principle of horizontal unidirectional air – flow organization. It purifies the incoming air through a high – efficiency air filter, creating a horizontal clean air – flow barrier from one side of the operation area to the other. This can not only effectively prevent the intrusion of external non – clean air into the operation area, but also quickly carry away the pollutants generated during the work process, thereby creating a controlled environment that meets specific cleanliness levels within the work area.

The horizontal laminar air – flow design ensures a stable and consistent air velocity, creating a unidirectional clean air – flow layer in the working area that rapidly carries away pollutants within the area.
The workbench surface is made of thickened stainless steel with rounded and seamless edges. It is resistant to acids and alkalis and easy to clean. The overall structure is solid and has an excellent load – bearing capacity.
The multi – stage filtration and purification system features both primary and high – efficiency purification. It can filter out over 99.995% of particulate impurities, maintaining the Class A (100 -level) cleanliness standard in the working area for a long time.
The intelligent control panel is used to control functions such as fan speed adjustment, ultraviolet lamp operation, and lighting switch. The operations are intuitive, and the status is displayed in real – time.
