Product Overview and Features:
Product Use: It is used for heat-sealing and tube sealing of PVC/EVA blood bag pipelines.
Scope of Application: It is mainly applicable to the blood transfusion departments of hospitals at all levels, the blood collection departments, component departments, blood banks of blood stations, and medical research institutions, etc.
Working Principle: The high-frequency electrode on the heat-sealing head conducts high-fruency induction heating on the PVC pipeline, making the PVC pipeline reach the molten state (the molecules of the PVC material conduit are polarized under the high-frequency electric field). At the same time, the heat-sealing electrode presses the molten part. According to the preset program, a heat-sealing is completed after reaching the predetermined time.
Using a transistor high-frequency generator with filtering and shielding design for minimal radiation.
