Product Description:
The high-throughput intelligent microwave digestion system provides a rapid, safe, and automated solution for sample digestion. It accelerates the digestion reaction under high pressure and is widely used in food, environmental protection, disease control, quality supervision, commodity inspection, and scientific research institutions.
Main Features:
The instrument employs non-pulse continuous automatic frequency conversion control of microwaves, extending the instrument’s lifespan and ensuring electromagnetic wave uniformity. The chamber is specially made of 52L large-capacity 316L stainless steel. The self-locking, buffered, explosion-proof furnace door ensures operator safety and structural integrity in case of abnormal reactions. The furnace door and chamber are tightly sealed, and microwave leakage meets national standards. The instrument uses a dual temperature and pressure control system to control the pressure and temperature of the digestion experiment, displaying the results in real time. 360° continuous rotation in the same direction ensures uniform microwave distribution, guaranteeing a consistent microwave environment for all samples and improving the consistency of experimental results. Microwave heating automatically stops when the pressure inside the chamber exceeds the set protection value. The safety explosion-proof membrane has a dual-protection function. When the pressure inside the tank exceeds the membrane’s withstand pressure, the membrane ruptures first, releasing gas and preventing damage to the tank and injury to personnel.

(6) The explosion-proof diaphragm is pressed with ceramic. Ceramic does not deform when heated, while PTFE deforms when heated and cannot play the role of explosion-proof diaphragm. Ceramic parts are used for pressing.
