The Water-Cooled Airflow Ultrafine Grinder BC3-1S is a low-temperature grinding machine developed on the basis of the standard BC3-1 grinder. A water-cooling circulation jacket is added around the grinding chamber to remove high heat generated during grinding via circulating water or an external chiller, enabling continuous low-temperature grinding. This improvement is especially effective for heat-sensitive materials and other materials with temperature requirements. The built-in air cooling plus the new water cooling system provide dual cooling for low-temperature pulverization.

Overview
The Water-Cooled Airflow Ultrafine Grinder BC3-1S adopts high-speed impact and airflow vortex grinding, combined with cyclone material collection. It uses high-speed blades to achieve low-temperature ultrafine grinding of dry materials.The machine consists of a feeding port, collection tank, grinding chamber, water-cooling jacket, high-speed motor, circulation pump (chiller optional), etc. Materials enter the grinding chamber through the feeding port and are crushed by high-speed rotating blades. The rotation also generates airflow, which conveys the ground powder into the collection tank; air is discharged through the filter bag to complete grinding.The new model adopts an adjustable discharging structure, allowing fineness adjustment within a certain range to meet diverse user requirements.
