Working Principle
This sterilizer expels cold air from the inner chamber and employs saturated moist heat steam as the sterilizing agent. Under the combined action of specific
temperature and time, it achieves sterilization of items permeable to steam. All preset process parameters for this equipment are established based on the
load conditions described in this program, using Bacillus stearothermophilus spores or equivalent microorganisms with specific resistance (refer to relevant
national standards for specifics) as the representative sterilizable microorganism.
Note 1: When the resistance of microorganisms potentially present in the sterilization load exceeds the standard-specified resistance (e.g., prions), relevant
process parameters such as sterilization temperature and time must be adjusted based on the characteristics of the specific microorganism. Use is permitted
only after corresponding process validation.
Note 2: The sterilizing agent’s efficacy against the specified microorganism is only guaranteed when the equipment and associated facilities are operating
normally. Equipment malfunctions, failures in external connection systems, or improper loading of the sterilized load may all compromise the sterilizing
agent’s effectiveness.
Note 3: When the sterilized load changes, the operator must verify whether the load is suitable for sterilization in this equipment before proceeding with
related operations. Failure to do so may cause unpredictable damage to the equipment or load!
