Utilizing a new LED cold light source, the lifespan can reach over 60,000 hours, eliminating the need for bulb replacement. This surpasses traditional halogen lamps and meets energy-saving and environmental protection requirements.

The new LED cold light source has no ultraviolet or infrared rays in its spectrum, resulting in no heat or radiation. The temperature rise in the doctor’s head and wound area is ≤1℃, with virtually no temperature increase.
3.Ideal design meeting purification requirements:
The fully enclosed, streamlined lamp head design conforms to aerodynamic principles, completely eliminating dead zones in the airflow of purified air, meeting the high-standard laminar flow requirements of modern operating rooms, and contributing to the sterile environment of the operating room.
The lamp housing is made of aluminum alloy for efficient heat dissipation, and the surface is treated with environmentally friendly powder coating.
4.User-friendly interface design:
The lighting brightness can be adjusted according to the hospital’s needs for different surgical procedures. A new LED touch LCD control panel is available as an option, allowing for control of lighting on/off, brightness, color temperature, and brightness modes.
5.Superior deep illumination and perfect shadowless effect:
The overall design of the LED lamp head focuses the light beam into a high-brightness, uniform light column, ensuring a soft and even deep illumination effect, meeting the surgical requirements for high brightness and depth of illumination.

The LK/LED-500 surgical shadowless lamp has six adjustable color temperature settings from 3000 to 6700K, allowing for more accurate diagnosis and preventing eye fatigue for medical personnel during long working hours.
7.Ingenious focusing system:
It features manual focusing technology, which is simple and easy to operate, overcoming the technical difficulties in focusing LED surgical shadowless lamps and achieving stepless focusing. The detachable handle can be sterilized at high temperatures (≤134℃).
8.Excellent flexibility:
The base uses four-wheel support, with added steel plates at the bottom for increased weight. Advanced lockable casters are used, allowing for easy movement and convenient fixing in any position.
9. Bright and Uniform Illumination:
The light beam emitted by the LED light source is focused through specially designed high-performance lenses to create a light field in the surgical area that meets the requirements for surgical illumination; the maximum illuminance can reach 160,000 LUX. The brightness of the LEDs is digitally and continuously adjustable, and the illuminance of each lamp head can be adjusted independently.
10.Extremely Low Failure Rate:
Each LED module contains 6-10 LED beads, and each module has an independent electronic control system. The lamp head has a very low failure rate, and the failure of a single LED will not affect the function of the lamp head.
11.Optional Built-in Battery:
Automatically switches over in case of power failure, meeting the surgical lighting needs anytime, anywhere.
