La tasa de respiraci\u00f3n es un indicador importante para evaluar la intensidad de la respiraci\u00f3n, y es esencial para estudiar los cambios fisiol\u00f3gicos poscosecha, el almacenamiento, el transporte y la conservaci\u00f3n de frutas y hortalizas.<br \/>\nEste analizador de respiraci\u00f3n est\u00e1 equipado con un analizador de CO\u2082 por infrarrojos de doble longitud de onda y una pantalla t\u00e1ctil Android de 7 pulgadas. Est\u00e1 especialmente dise\u00f1ado para medir y analizar la tasa de respiraci\u00f3n de frutas y verduras en diversas condiciones de almacenamiento, entre las que se incluyen el almacenamiento a temperatura ambiente, el almacenamiento en c\u00e1mara frigor\u00edfica, el almacenamiento en atm\u00f3sfera controlada (CA) y los refrigeradores de los supermercados.<br \/>\nEl instrumento permite a los usuarios seleccionar c\u00e1maras de respiraci\u00f3n de diferentes vol\u00famenes en funci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o de las frutas y verduras, lo que reduce el tiempo de equilibrio y de medici\u00f3n. Muestra y registra directamente en tiempo real la concentraci\u00f3n de CO\u2082, la concentraci\u00f3n de O\u2082, la concentraci\u00f3n de C\u2082H\u2084, la temperatura, la humedad y sus curvas de variaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><b>Caracter\u00edsticas<\/b><br \/>\n1. Mide la concentraci\u00f3n de CO\u2082, la concentraci\u00f3n de O\u2082, la concentraci\u00f3n de etileno (C\u2082H\u2084), la temperatura y la humedad.<br \/>\n2.
