The fully automated micro-volume dispenser (hereinafter referred to as “dispenser”) is a dispensing device equipped with a high-precision peristaltic pump, capable of quickly, accurately, and consistently completing automated dispensing operations. It can be widely used in disease control screening, food testing, animal quarantine, life science research, and other fields. It frees up laboratory technicians’ hands, improving efficiency while avoiding errors.
Ⅱ、Main features

• The fully automatic micro-volume separator uses a precision peristaltic pump for non-contact liquid separation, and the entire unit is compact and elegant.
• High separation accuracy, achieving an error within 1.5% for 100 μ l volume in a 96-well plate, with a minimum separation volume as low as 5µL and a 12s addition time for 100µL volume in a 96-well plate.
• Two adjustable separation intensity levels to suit different experimental needs.
• Equipped with a 7-inch color LCD touchscreen, it is easy to operate, and the separation mode can be selected as full plate or any column.
• A movable waste liquid tank facilitates waste liquid discharge, and a pipeline can be connected to automatically collect waste liquid into a waste liquid bottle.
