The heating source can be steam or electric, or a combination of both. The machine operates with low noise and stable performance. | Production Technical Requirements | 1. The oven shell is made of 3042B δ1.2mm matte coated stainless steel plate, riveted and welded, with a smooth surface free of scratches and weld marks, achieving a flatness of 3/1000mm. 2. The oven inner arms are made of 3042B δ1.2mm stainless steel plate, argon arc welded and then ground and polished. The four corners of the interior are uniformly rounded, eliminating dead corners, facilitating cleaning, and resulting in a smooth, flat surface. 3. The oven insulation layer is filled with high-quality aluminum silicate fiber cotton, providing excellent insulation performance. The surface temperature must not exceed the ambient temperature by 10℃. 4. The internal convection walls are louvered, and the ventilation gaps in the convection walls ensure uniform temperature within the oven. The no-load temperature uniformity is ±3℃. 5. The oven uses electric heating, employing heating elements located within the top air duct. 6. The top of the oven is equipped with one exhaust vent and one supplementary air inlet. 7. The drying oven is equipped with one drying cart, which is made of 30×30×δ1.5mm 304 stainless steel square tubing and δ1.5mm 304 stainless steel plate. 8. The control panel of the drying oven is located on the right side of the oven body. |
