The double-walled glass reactor features a double-layered glass design. The inner layer contains the reaction solvent for stirring, while the outer layer can be circulated with different heat sources (refrigeration, hot water, or hot oil) for heating or cooling. Under set constant emperature conditions, stirring reactions can be carried out in the sealed glass reactor at atmospheric or negative pressure, depending on the application requirements. It also allows for reflux and distillation of the reaction solution, making it an ideal pilot-scale and production equipment for modern fine chemical plants, biopharmaceuticals, and the synthesis of new materials.

1. Variable frequency speed control, AC induction motor. Constant speed, brushless and spark-free, safe and stable, capable of continuous operation.
2. All glassware is made of GG17 high borosilicate glass, possessing excellent chemical and physical properties.
3. The glass interlayer interface allows for heated reactions via hot oil circulation, and low-temperature reactions via coolant.
4. Reactions can be performed at room temperature; tap water quickly removes the heat of the reaction.
5. The discharge port has a flange and a PTFE valve, eliminating dead corners inside the container, and is detachable for easy discharge of solid materials.
6. Six-port reactor cover with extra-large opening for easy cleaning; standard port can be used to assemble reflux and distillation synthesis devices.
